I remember eating at a chinese restaurant next door 21 (gulp!) years ago...

My tip as the best dim sum I&#039;ve ever tried in HK is Fu Sing in Wanchai (1/F Sunshine Plaza, Lockhart Road). Fantastic char siu, 3 layer pork, deep fried tofu... whatever... they really pay attention to detail.</description>
