A few years ago I was dating a Thai girl and thought I'd impress her by taking her to Chili Club for dinner. We ordered a few dishes, she tasted each, made a face and turned up her nose. "This isn't Thai food. This is Chinese Thai food." The next night she took me to her Thai place of choice, Thai Farmer. I've never been back to Chili Club but I've been to Thai Farmer (and Thai Hut) many, many times. Only found your site recently, working my way through the archives!
